Two-component silicone potting compound is fully compliant with the EU ROHS directive and SVHC-REACH requirements. It consists of two liquid components, A and B, which undergo a condensation reaction to form a high-performance elastomer after mixing. It is primarily used in outdoor lighting fixtures and harsh environments that require waterproofing, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and shock absorption. This product features good flowability, high bonding strength, resistance to aging, and tolerance to high and low temperatures.
Application
This potting compound offers adjustable curing speed and deep-curing capabilities, providing excellent protection and insulation properties after curing. The cured material remains very soft and exhibits strong adhesion and durability to materials such as PC, PS, ABS, PET, nylon, acrylic, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and zinc alloy. It is suitable for electronic component fixation and insulation, moisture-proofing and waterproofing of integrated circuit boards and light-emitting devices, as well as casting and coating of large-area bonded sealing parts.

PS: The useable life and cure time are tested based on a 100g adhesive dosage.
All data regarding the cured system are measured after the adhesive is cured for 5 days under conditions of 25℃ and 55% relative humidity.
