JUFENG was conceived in 2006, just as the industry started to transition from leaded solder to lead-free alternatives. We are a China-based manufacturer that specializes in the development, fabrication, and distribution of premium solder products. Our inventory includes popular selection such as the solder ball, flux, paste, and powder. We offer both leaded and lead-free solder wires and bars. These specialized products are often utilized for the professional soldering of electrical equipment and instruments. As a professional manufacturer, we are fully equipped to handle OEM requests. Client-side logos are accepted, and additional processing charges may apply.
Founded in 2006, our company has since been devoted to the enhancement of product integrity. The diameter of our lead-free solder wire can reach a minimum threshold of 0.1mm. This degree of finesse clearly distinguishes us from our competitors.
We have passed both the ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO14021, and IATF 16949 certifications. Many of our environmental friendly products have been approved by SGS, RoHS, and other relevant standards. Our technical taskforce consists of 5 senior reflow-soldering engineers, 6 solder wire development engineers, 8 senior solder bar technical consultants, as well as other R&D and operational staff.
We own a complete array of advanced production and inspection equipment. Included in our repertoire are the tin wire winding machine, wave soldering device, and the high-accuracy spectrometer for soldered products. From raw material procurement to post-processing inspection, each stage of our production cycle is carefully monitored and supervised for the outstanding standard of quality that our customers have come to expect.

Technological Development
A firm commitment to the research and development of soldering technologies have allowed us to gain an in-depth understanding of metal microstructures, which in turn enabled us to introduce a complete series of lead-free solder products and materials.
Experienced engineers and state-of-the-art winding machinery make it possible for us to draw Sn96.5-Ag3.0-Cu0.5 lead-free solder wires with a minimum diameter of 0.1mm.

Our company started in 2006 with a modest staff of 5. The modern-day JUFENG has a workforce of 100 employees and an optimized infrastructure that includes high-level management and specialized departments for logistics, warehousing, distribution, engineering, accounting, and after-sales service.

In 2008, we transitioned from leaded products to environmental friendly lead-free alternatives. Resource recycling is emphasized in our production design to facilitate low carbon emission. Conflict-Free Minerals Policy Statement
We're committed to ensuring that we are not sourcing minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold) that fund armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo and adjoining countries.
We’re taking steps across our entire supply chain to confirm our sourcing does not fund armed groups in the DRC and adjoining countries. As part of this program, we continue to carry out a reasonable country of origin inquiry on the products we manufacture and perform supply chain due diligence following the processes and procedures set forth.
We expect suppliers to have a policy in place and implement a system to trace the origin of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold supplied to the Company, following the template developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative. Suppliers are encouraged to report any ethical concerns or policy violations,
If any external business partner has challenges in complying with our expectation, we'll attempt to work to address these challenges. If compliance cannot be achieved, we will terminate the relationship with the external business partner.
