We are equipped with push/pull tester to detect the solder joint push force, shear force, peel force of PCB, SMT, as well as test the solidity of electronic components after solder paste welding.
Oxygen and Nitrogen Analyzer
The content of nitrogen and oxygen in qualified solder powder products should meet the standard. Therefore, in the process of producing solder powder, we are equipped with nitrogen-oxygen analyzer for detection to ensure the quality of our solder powder.
Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer
We are capable of providing required particle size solder powder. Laser diffraction particle size analyzer is adopted during manufacturing to detect whether the diameter of solder powder particles is uniform.
The viscometer adopts coaxial double cylinder type screw pump sensor, which is especially suitable for measuring electronic materials with high viscosity. PCU-203 viscometer performs measurement according to the JIS standard.
Temperature and Humidity Chamber
In order to detect the resistance to elevated temperatures of our solder powder, we are equipped with temperature and humidity chamber, by virtue of this, the performance of our solder powder are guaranteed.
Direct Reading Spectrometer
The direct reading spectrometer can fast detect the content of all metallic elements in alloy. It is used to monitor the impurity content during the solder alloy researching and manufacturing process.
In use of the wetting balance method, the solderability tester can test the wetting and spreading abilities of different material combinations, including the solder alloy, solder flux, and the parent metal.
Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy
It is used to determine the content of major, trace metal elements and semi-metallic elements in our solder products to ensure their quality.
Atomic Radiation Spectrometer
The atomic radiation spectrometer can analyze different impurities in the solder product, such as Cu, Fe, As, Bi, A1, Sb, and some others.
Digital Melting Point Detector
The electric-heating mini tester can analyze the melting point of solid materials. It is a useful tool for detecting raw materials.
